If you are unhappy with your first saddle, Len will do what he can to make you happy by either modifying that model or replacing it with another model of your choice. If the new saddle cost more than what you’ve spent, less shipping, will be subtracted from new saddle price. Any repairs or replacements are at the full discretion of Len Brown.
